Returns

At CowBibs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’ll gladly accept returns, or exchanges, for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and still have the original tags attached. So if you’re not 100% jazzed with your purchase, or need a different size or color, simply complete this Return/Exchange Form, and we’ll email you a return shipping label. 

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your credit card. If it’s an exchange, then return shipping is free. If it’s a return because you’ve changed your mind and just don’t want the product anymore, then we’ll refund your credit card, but deduct the return shipping cost from that refund. And if the product is defective, we’ll absolutely cover the return, and the replacement shipping costs.
