Care Guide

How to wash your CowBibs

  1. Set your washing machine to a cold water cycle and let it fill before adding detergent. This allows the detergent to properly disperse throughout the water. Washing in cold water helps prevent shrinking and color bleeding during the first few washes. After several washes, you can switch to warm water if needed.
  2. After the washer fills, place your dirty CowBibs inside and close the lid. Then, let the machine run its cycle.
  3. Once the wash cycle is finished, it’s time to dry your CowBibs. For the first few washes, use a tumble dry or low heat setting to avoid shrinkage, as cotton is sensitive to high temperatures. The ideal method is air drying—hang them in a well-ventilated area rather than inside a closet.
